HPI Welcomes Mike Hynes as its new President!

Mike's tenure at The Housing Partnership, Inc. began in 2003 as a Financial Analyst and Asset Manager.  He created a foundation for single family and multi-family construction. He briefly left the company in 2006 to become an asset manager for the 30th largest housing developer in the country, Aslan Development. In this capacity he was responsible for all aspects of the real estate portfolio including risk management and financial modeling. He returned to HPI in 2007 to serve as our  Executive Vice President.

Mike is exactly the type of leader we were looking for. His experience with HPI and in real estate development are huge assets to the organization.
