In 2008, HPI responded to the growing need for dedicated resources to help address the local, regional and national problem of rising home foreclosures.

We have a  staff of professional counselors who can assist clients in danger of losing their homes. HPI is committed to providing excellent customer service and education to our clients, while pursuing an honest and balanced approach to all stakeholders.

Our services are FREE to our clients. As a 501c3 Not-for-Profit Counseling Agency, The Housing Partnership, Inc. is the recipient of federally appropriated NFMC funds which offset the cost of services that we provide.
